So cute, a little short in the torso
I rented the 8 (I am usually between a 6 and 8, but lately leaning heavily toward 8 due to covid weight), and it fit great and looked great. The only issue was that the torso was a bit short--I'm 5'9" with a long torso, so I often have problems with rompers. This one was just barely wearable--you couldn't tell by looking, but it was a bit uncomfortable, but not enough to stop me from wearing it!

Super weird fit
Sadly, I have to agree with the other review. I love Black Halo, and their size 6 always fits me perfectly, but not this time. The dress was really short, especially at the gather, so it was completely unwearable to work. The seam around the waist does this weird dip up on one side that is inexplicable. And the shoulder pads are awful--I love a good shoulder pad, but these are bulky and too big so they make the shoulders looks lumpy and obviously padded.

So cute, runs small in chest
Definitely size up if you have a chest at all. I am usually a small/medium but couldn't even get the medium zipped--the fabric is thick and stiff with no give, and it's cut for a flat chest. The large fit perfectly, not too big in the waist, and was incredibly cute! A little short for work, but I wore it anyway because I had a work-related event that night.
