This was almost too long for me. However, it was beautiful and could be worn straight out of the bag. You've got to have some skin colored undergarments. Worn outside on a warm (90ish) day under cover and it was not too hot.

I have wide shoulders and wide-set breasts and the top of this dress fit me very well without a bra or tape. I did steam it after getting it out of the package. I tucked under the elastic on the sleeves for more of a puffed look. The elastic was a bit tight, but not terrible. Photo doesn't show entire dress, but this was a good look for me because it deemphasized my long torso. The skirt waist started high, giving the illusion of longer legs.

At about the 3rd button down, the fit was snug. At the top two buttons, the fit was too big. Straps are not adjustable. Fabric cuter in person tho'! Not wearable for me.
