Puffy sleeves
This shirt actually worked for me. You may need to consider what undergarments (if any) you wear because the back will show most bras. I was able to adjust and it worked. The sleeves are puffy - but I liked that.

Great dress but runs long on arms
Nice cut, great style, but the sizing was not quite right for me. I'm pretty tall and have broad shoulders- but this dress was still big in the shoulders and arms are long. I know the long arms are part of the style - just didn't like that part as much as I thought I would.
