I rented this dress for a November wedding, and I loved it! The material is not very forgiving, so I'd definitely recommend wearing seamless undergarments and/or shapewear if you're concerned about that. I also wore Cakes instead of a bra because no matter what I tried, my bra was showing near the armpit. Dress tape would probably work fine! It was just a touch long on me with heels, so if you're under 5'4", plan to wear a higher heel.

As other reviews have mentioned, the slit is quite high, but I personally think it looked great. The peekaboo chest shows just enough cleavage without feeling too exposed. I did use dress tape to make sure the top laid flat because there was some puckering around my armpits. Three pieces of tape kept me covered all night. I ordered a size 2 and 4, and while both fit, the 4 was more comfortable and less revealing while sitting. There's definitely some stretch to the material and it was so comfy. I'm 5'3" and the length was perfect with heels. I got tons of compliments on this dress all night!
