Great coat for cold weather and skiing
I wore this coat skiing- it’s not a ski coat so it didn’t have quite as many pockets as I would have liked but it kept me warm on and off the slopes. The pockets have fleece so between that and the thumb holes I didn’t really need gloves for moderately cold days when I was walking around town.

Warm and cute
I wore this over a long sleeve back shirt with black jeans on cool but not cold days. It’s warm enough that I didn’t need an additional coat. Really cute!

Great sweater dress for casual party
Really cute dress, super warm. I gave it four stars because I felt I needed to wear shape wear since it was slightly unflattering around my midsection. Probably not necessary for many people, but where the pattern it hit on me it showed off my “problem area” more than I’d like.

I got this for New Years but as other reviews have said the fabric was itchy, it almost feels like woven tinsel. The top was also not flattering on me, it made me look heavier than I am.

Unforgettable dress
I wish this dress wasn't so pricey. I would snap it up in a moment. Like most Herve dresses, it provides some structure to help smooth out any problem areas (I am self conscious of my stomach). I love the bandage style and the longer sleeves and conservative neckline that provide a good balance to a short dress that hugs all your curves. The result is very sexy without being too over the top.

Really cute and easy to wear
I rented this for a trip to Rome, it was fantastic. As some me zoomed I could see that gaping could be an issue at the chest, but it wasn't for me thanks to a strategically placed button. I'd highly recommend for vacation or casual summer weekend plans. It was sexy and fashionable without being over the top for wearing around during the day. The fabric is thick but not hot (despite mid 80s temps with no ac) and held up well with only minimal wrinkling despite wearing it all day long.

Flattering fit, great for the office
Love this dress- perfect for throwing on with heels when you need to impress, but very comfortable. If you have a larger chest, the neckline can be a bit revealing. Perfect dress to transition of you have an event or date after work!

Strange fabric for the dress
I love the print and style of this dress. However it was the strongest fabric. It makes me feel like I was wearing pjs all day. It is very soft and comfortable but the fabric is also super thin and delicate and I was self conscious for most of the day. For the price it should have had lining or a bit thicker of a fabric.

Great top, I paired with simple black straight leg crop pant for the office and got a ton of compliments. I was concerned the pleats would not rebound or look awkward but they still looked great at the end of the day.

Great work dress
This dress is easy and comfortable to wear all day in a business formal office- it didn't wrinkle and looked as good at hour 10 as 1. Love that it is lined and the keyhole adds a great touch without it being too sexy, even with a bigger chest. The only major downside is the sizing seemed a bit off. Usually a 3 fits me perfectly (US 8), but it was a little big in a way that I think sizing down would have been a bit too tight. If you are not on the curvier size, I'd recommend sizing down.

Don't wear if raining!
I liked the top just fine. The zipper made it easy to get on and off and it was comfortable to wear all day. However, don't wear when it is raining! I hadn't realized it was a silk blend, so wherever rain drops hit during my mad dash from my car, it dried it a weird way that gave the material an awkward texture. Prior to the wrinkling, made a sleek combo with a black pencil skirt and long vest. Just looked a bit awkward all day if you got too close!

Black Halo is rapidly becoming one of my go-tos for work dresses. They have been consistently high quality with great true to size fit and details that make the dresses pop. In this case, the color and the matching V in the front and back. I'm large chested so A V neckline can become racier that intended for work, but this hit the perfect balance. The color is amazing in person- I'm had several people comment that my blue eyes really popped!

Well made classic for work
A bit of a retro vibe to this one. Classy, elegant work dress. The top part fit but was slightly too small for my large chest. The rest of the dress wouldn't have fit if I had sized up but I would have preferred the top to be just a little looser to drape better at the top. Just be aware of you are large chested and between sizes. Overall, a lovely dress I would re-rent for work.

Felt like a runway model
Love this so much. I paired it with cropped black form fitting pants and patent black leather shoes and felt amazingly fabulous. This may be my most complemented piece I have rented, with a few people actually saying I looked like I had walked straight off the runway. If you are curvy size up!

I was on the fence but threw this into my order to fill a slot when something I wanted wasn't available. It did NOT disappoint. Yellow is usually not a great color on me but this tone I think would pretty flattering on most people. Well made, solid design for the office but the color caught a lot of people's attention and I received a lot of compliments

Great dress
The subtle texture in the fabric really elevated this dress. It almost looked like a seersucker fabric. The style itself was very flattering on my curvy frame without being too revealing for the office. It's on my list to rent again!

I rented for work but in order to get it to be work appropriate I needed to use safety pins to close the deep v and a tank top so the back was appropriate for the office. Perhaps it would have worked better/ looked more appropriate on someone with a smaller bust.

Size up if you have curves
Loved the dress, based on the reviews I sized up to account for the "straight fit". The bigger size worked really well and fit perfectly around my bust and hips but was slightly large in the waist (easily remedied by a wide black belt). I felt very French chic paired with nude patent shoes and a bold red lip!

Great professional dress for those with narrow shoulders
Great dress! The shoulders a very lightly padded, which gives the dress great structure, particularly if you have narrow shoulders. Runs slightly small- I tend to be a size 8 but got the 10 based on the recommendation. I think an 8 would have fit but would have been a bit tighter than I prefer for work attire.
