If you are a curvy fit, esp. if petite, this may not be an ideal dress. I am on unlimited, so didn't get a back-up, so not sure if sizing up would help. On my petite frame, the waist in this dress was about 1 inch off my hips which made the hips super tight and accentuated my stomach in a bad way. Also, I am curvier, so it just looked really awkward. Everything zipped, but bc of the odd fit, the shoulders had about an extra inch of fabric and the waist was way too low. I have it stars bc the color is a gorgeous bright print and it felt great. I also loved the ruffle. If I had smaller hips (Medium at Athleta for reference), and my torso was much longer, I think this dress would be very cute. Other Draper James size 6 items fit-so a little bummed.

Fits super well and fairly true to size. I'm currently between sizes and sized down, but it is a touch tight for my preference in the waist, but completely wearable. This would be a perfect Fourth of July outfit!

I love that this is a larger bag that I can use for carrying my surface, my notebooks, and a wallet. However the style is a little chunkier for my taste as I like sleeker lines. However, it is a great conference bag.

I'm fairly short and usually wear a small, but this dress is flowy and I was able to use the medium (all that was in stock). The fabric is so comfy and it bounces just right. Also, you can wear it off the shoulders post-work or use it as sleeves for at work. The length is conservative and perfect for a fun work to HH dress.

This looked so cute online, but was like a poorly fitting bag on me. The arm holes were super deep and the only closure point is the button. I felt like I'd need a slip or to wear it more as a vest of something. Not a great dress for petite figure. Also, the pockets seemed very baggy too.
