The dress was perfect for the event I attended. My grandma loved it. I felt like a Stepford wife type mom in the dress. When I was 25 this is some thing I would imagine a 38-year-old would wear and now here I am. I did not feel sexy, even though my husband said he liked the dress, but I did feel cute. It was kind of stiff and boxy but still feminine because of the print and embroidery. The neckline sat slightly crooked on me.

I'm 5'5 and I wore some fairly tall wedges and didn't feel like the dress was going to blow up in the wind. I was able to squat down and sit on a Adirondack chair without feeling like I was flashing anyone so even though it short it's manageable. I don't think I would be getting down dancing in this dress but loved how it made my short legs look long. It was very flattering, made me feel skinny even though I am an apple shape and carry my weight right at my stomach. I would rent it again.

It is a cute silhouette. I got a compliment on it. It just gaped a little at the boobs showing my bra occasionally. I was a little nervous a button would pop. Otherwise comfortable with flats for the baby shower I attended. I also liked the length hitting just above my ankle. It did loosen as the day went on.

The 6R was perfect for me in length with wedges and around the waist. But the under arm area was huge. I couldn't wear it bc it was not enough to pin but looked awkward otherwise. The fabric was stiff and heavy so the dress kept its shape with was nice in the ruffles but just made the under arm area bulge
