I rented this for a black-tie work event and felt amazing in it! The cut is very flattering and I received so many compliments. My only warning would be to any other petite people considering this dress, I'm 5'2" and wore a 4" heel and there was still about an inch and a half of fabric dragging on the ground (which added some drama but may not be the most practical choice for everyone).
