I enjoyed using this purse but it has a fatal flaw which would annoy me if I had kept it. It's complicated to describe but I'll do my best: The shoulder strap will slide through the two small strap anchors at the top of the purse while wearing it so that the placement of the buckle shifts to a place that doesn't look/feel right when you're wearing it. This could be fixed if you used it as a shoulder bag and not a crossbody.
