Popping colors, easy and flattering! Does bunch a bit in middle.

I wore the small, which when I first put it on, fit like a glove and was super flattering. Fabric has stretch and is pretty thick ( does feel like a luxurious swimsuit). Made my waist seem slender which is great - I am not very curvy (34-26-35) but it accented what I had almost magically. One thing I disliked is the dress bunched when I moved around. Bit much movement needed for this to happen, you can see it in the pic. It doesn't look bad but you don't get to keep that smooth silhouette without tugging it downwards quite a bit. Not sure if this means it was actually a bit big or if that's just how the fabric works.

Gorgeous dress! Veeeery fitted though! Spanx not a viable option

I rented this as a backup dress for my engagement dinner and photos. The dress itself is gorgeous and arrived in excellent condition. I didn't wind up wearing it, and here's why. (Note: this isn't meant to be a warning against the dress, which is really lovely, but hopefully a help for ladies considering whether it's the right dress for the occasion.) 1) It's very, very fitted all the way through. I'm fairly slim, but I do carry weight around my stomach & back, and this dress leaves nothing to conjecture there. The fabric is thick enough that it kind of reins the flab in, but not by that much. I knew I'd be eating a big dinner and didn't feel self-secure enough to rock the frock through a 4-course meal. I know some other reviewers suggested Spanx but I tried it & (a) it only helped a bit (b) you can see the Spanx through the cut outs and it looks bad. Don't count on being able to use Spanx! I thought I could and was wrong. 2) The color isn't the best for my skin tone. I'm East Asian with a slight tan. I think this dress would look great on very pale women, or else women who are darker than me, but for me the tone is just close enough to my own tone to clash. 3) Occasion: Because of the color and the tightness, I was worried I'd look vulgar in the photos. It's a very showy dress, which can be a great thing! But since my engagement pics are going out to extended family I wanted something a little less va-va-voom! Also, you def need some sort of pasty situation, because nipples are super prominent through this gown. So I think this is a lovely, sexy gown, but not good if you're apple shaped or straight-&-narrow with a slight squish around your trunk. The skin-tone of the color emphasizes its sexiness, so this should be a consideration.

I rented this for my engagement photos. Pretty dress, great colors. Bit pricy for a simple design.

Fit: Top ~10" of dress very fitted, which you want since there's a deep eyehole. The girls aren't going anywhere in this dress (at least if you're a C cup or smaller). It was tight zipping up but once on looked great. I wore simple sandels (2" heel) & dress went to the floor. Would have been a better length with 3.5" heels but I didn't want to be taller than my fiance in the photos. :) My dimensions are 34"-28"-33" if that helps. Fabric: Gorgeous print! As others mentioned colors more vivid in person than on model. Fabric very light and had great movement (flows in back so make sure people walking behind you don't step on the end). One thing with the fabric: because it's so light it puffs a little in the skirt (ie the nonfitted part) so appearance/wise I think the dress looks better from the front than from the side - felt like it made me stomach look a bit wider from the side because the fitted part ends midway down the ribcage. Condition: I was a bit disappointed in the condition it was in. There are supposed to be 2 eyehooks to fasten the halter of the dress - one was missing, the other so loosely sewn on it was unwearable, so had to tie the halter straps to hold the dress up. The hook on the back of the dress was warped and unusable. Value: Rental price was $150. Given the condition the dress was in, and the fact that it is a very simple design, the value seems fair but not great. But it photographs beautifully and I am happy with how the pics came out, so I am satisfied with the rental
