Backup dress for a wedding
This was my back-up dress for a wedding. I ultimately wore something else, but this was a strong contender. Petites should watch out -- it is VERY long. I had to wear 5 inch heels to prevent the dress from dragging on the ground. I think the fit of this is perfect if you have a small bust and narrow shoulders.

Disappointing fit for petites
The size 0 fit me perfectly in the top (bust/waist), but the straps were much too long. The width of the straps means it would have been pretty obvious if I'd try to pin them down inside to tighten the fit. The size 2 was overall too big, so I'd take the smaller of your two sizes if you're between sizes. (But if you're busty, you probably would size up!)

Quirky Sweater
I absolutely adore the cut of this sweater. I'm short and it fits perfectly to my waist, so it might be pretty cropped on others. Love that its isn't just a traditional crew neck.

Didn't End Up Wearing
The size 2 did fit me well, but the inner lining pulled along the slit. Instead of the lining laying flat against the dress fabric, it sort of puckered out, which didn't look good. I've ordered a replacement dress which should arrive later today.

Very oversized - not for petites
This is extremely oversized. I think it's very cute and might try to wear it at least once before returning, but it is HUGE on me. I'm 5'2" and usually a size 0 or 2 and this looks like I'm dressing up in my husband's clothing. Generally an oversized fit, but I'd say it runs 3x too big.

Sizing is odd
I'm usually a 0P or 2P and the XS was unbearably tight across the ribs. There was also quite a lot of space in the bust, but it is also very low cut. Overall an odd fit and sizing up would resolve the tightness at the ribs but the but would be way too big. (I'm a 32B, so if you have a larger chest but are usually an XS, I'd size up to the Small.)

Holding for a special fall event!
I'm debating on wearing this to a formal event in October but want to try on a few other things for comparison. Size up one (these are Australian sizing and I think they run smaller than US). The color is gorgeous and the sleeves are over the top. Really love this one. I am petite and it's nice that it still falls as a midi.

Perfect for the theatre
I wore this dress to see Moulin Rouge and was stopped by multiple people raving over it. I took the smaller of my usual sizes and this still fit pretty oversized on my petite frame. If you're a 00 or under 5'0", this would not be for you. The dress looked great after a quick steam.

I'm 5'2" and this did overwhelm my body a bit. I wore a size 0 and it definitely could have been tighter. I love Ulla Johnson and don't mind an oversized fit, but this was more than usual!

I'd say this dress is good for us folks with smaller chests. I didn't worry too much about falling out of the dress, but it is probably too low cut for work or more conservative settings. This was a totally fine rental but not my favorite.

SHORT even for petites!
This dress is SHORT but so cute. You have to spend a lot of time steaming/ironing -- I wish RTR would review some of their dresses before they send them out. I'll be wearing it to a show this week and will wear a pair of bike shorts underneath. You could definitely size up for cup size and length if you are taller and have a larger bust! But if you're taller than maybe 5'4" this will likely be way too short for you.

Not good for petites
I read other reviews and opted to order my larger size of a size 2. The top is too long for petites, so I had extra material at the top, but the waist was also a little too tight so it hit me in a funny spot. If the top had fit, I would have used hem tape for the bottom, but overall this just didn't work for me. Disappointed because it is so cute!

Kept this for the full month
I am 5'2 and a size 0P or 2P and this dress is a maxi on me. You can tell that it has an oversized fit, and it could probably work for up to a 4P if you want it to fit a bit tighter on top. I don't mind the oversized look and it is great for the warmer weather. I've worn it to work twice so far with sandals and white tennis shoes.

Odd fit for petites
I am usually a size 0 or 2 on top, and this dress didn't really work for me. The proportions were off as a petite person and the skirt was also a bit too long. If the top had worked I would have just worn this with heels. The cups/bust were a little too big, but then the waist/torso overall was too tight. I'd def recommend that folks size up if they have a larger bust or want to be comfortable.

A lot of fabric but fun
This is a lot of fabric for us petite girls but I think it is a lot of fun. I wish the top had been a tiny bit tighter and that the skirt was a little less voluminous, but generally it fit as it should. I love a quirky outfit and would recommend.

Cute and lightweight for hot weather
I read a review that the under slip was tight and to size up if you have wide hips. I found that sizing up meant that the overall dress was a bit too big for me as a petite person. The straps aren't adjustable and were too long on my frame. I wore this for a night out, but next time would order my regular size XS,

Love Ulla Johnson!
I love all Ulla Johnson. This is a great casual sweatshirt material for every day wear. I wore this on a travel day for a long weekend trip, and again while working from home. Not particularly ground-breaking, but it's cute.

LSF Runs Small
Just a note for folks that all LSF items run small. The XS is truly an XS Petite, so keep that in mind if you are tall. If you aren't petite, you'll likely want to size up. This sweater didn't have as much pilling as I've found with other RTR sweaters, probably because the fabric is a bit different. Thought this was cute with high waisted jeans.

Very cute for warmer weather
I really enjoyed this dress. Note that the skirt is not lined, so it is pretty light & better for warmer weather. I did discover that the smocking was separating from the skirt after I'd left my house for the day, so I was worried about the seam separating more.

So weird
This is up there in terms of weird rentals. The built in shorts made this faux dress way heavier and bulkier than it needed to be. I would not rent or purchase. I wore it once to work from home because the top was cute, but I wouldn't be caught dead in public with the way the bottoms looked.

This dress was super fun to wear for a summer night out. Keep in mind that the fabric is a bit heavy, so maybe save it for somewhere with air conditioning. This is fun to dress up with heels or dress down with white sneakers. Would rent again.

I marked this as "just right," but I'd say it runs a TOUCH small. If you are between sizes, you might want to size up. This is such a fun, kicky dress to wear in the summer. I'd say that if you're taller, you may want to wear shorts underneath.

Needs to be steamed
This is the type of top that looks way better once it is steamed. I own this shirt in another color-way, so I already knew that there is the risk of exposure with a gust of wind. I recommend a bralette or nip covers.

Weird Fit
This dress overall was kind of a weird fit. The top layer was oversized, but the inner layer was very short and rode up. I wanted the empire waist to hit just an inch lower -- it was a bit too high and didn't hit me at then narrowest part of my waist. Sizing up wouldn't have resolved that issue because it would have been too much fabric in the skirt. So -- not a bad dress but not one that I'd rent again.

Not for athletic legs/petites
This jumpsuit was a thing of nightmares. The legs were SO tight -- starting at the hips, it was basically skintight. I am 5'2" and have athletic legs, but this was so so so unflattering. The top was also huge, so it was oversized/dumpy on top and then way too tight on the bottom. I'd stick to this if you are tall and/or have narrow hips and thinner legs.

Cute and easy to wear
This dress was so cute and easy to wear. I think you could dress it up in a variety of ways -- I wore it with opaque tights and pumps, but you could also wear it with funky booties or a heeled sandal. The side is cut low, so be careful if you are busty. I am petite on top and wore nip covers and felt fine with that level of coverage. It's a great & different dress to wear for the holidays.

Like a thin sleeping bag
I wore this coat for a couple very cold days in my hometown. I'd say this coat is NOT going to be warm enough for mid-Western cold snaps. It was definitely roomy enough for me to layer underneath, and it was very long on me (I'm 5'2") and so it helped protect my legs from the cold wind.

Not for tall girls
I am petite and this size 2 jumpsuit just barely fit me. Everyone seems to have an issue with the top, but I am petite (32B) and didn't find the top to be constricting on my chest. I do have wider hips and a larger butt, and so the jumpsuit juuuust fit over my hips. I'd say that this is for a very specific body shape and might not work for everyone.
