Nice work dress
I read some of the reviews on here saying sizing was big and mistakenly thought I should get the 0R since I'm usually a size 2/small. But my dress is a little uncomfortable due to a waist band that's a little too tight, and slightly tight arm bands. So if you have a body like me, get the 2R.

Comfy autumn dress
For fall, this is just so great. The back is pretty open so you can't wear with a bra unless you wear a shirt under, which I did. I probably should wear a belt as this is pretty tent-like, but I love how comfy it is. :) I'm also in my first trimester of pregnancy, and I like anything that hides my bloat.

Cute, comfy dress
Normally I'm a size 2/small, but I ordered an XS based on the reviews. That served me well, though I will say there was a little gapping around my armpits, which is why I gave this 4 stars. Everything else nice though - flowy, comfy, and got compliments.

Comfy, flowy dress
Overall, this was a nice day dress. Being in my first trimester of pregnancy and feeling bloated, I appreciated that this flowed over my stomach. The straps are adjustable, though I will say I couldn't get the front over my boobs to lay perfectly no matter how I adjusted the straps, which is why I gave this 4 stars.

Stylish one piece
I am normally a size 2/Small, but based on the reviews I got the XS and that was perfect. I wore red dangly earrings and platform sandals with this and it looked great. This is probably not going to be a comfortable fit if you have a very long torso, however. I was comfortable, but my torso is pretty average.

Nice breezy dress suitable for work and weekend. I love that I don't need to suck in at all wearing this. :) The only thing I'd change is making the arm holes smaller as I needed do wear a bandeau to make this more work appropriate.

Head turner of a dress
It's funny, I've been doing RTR for about 6 months now, and even though I've liked other dresses more. I'd say this dress got the most compliments across the board (friends, strangers, coworkers). Surprising light and comfortable to wear. Really no downsides. It's a dress that's well-made and simply looks expensive and eye-catching.

Very pretty dress
Overall, very attractive dress. But usually size 2 dresses don't fit so snug on me, and this was just a little tighter than I'd like (i.e. need to wear spanx), but still very pretty.

Cute and comfy for summer
This is a dress that looks better in person. It has adjustable straps so you can make sure it hits you in the waist right. It's nice, breathable cotton so it was perfect for a hot day in San Diego. Normally I wear a small but the XS was perfect in this dress for someone my size.

Hot and breathable for summer
Once I figured out how to put on this contraption, this looked really hot. The way you put this on is you step into the garment making sure the straps are crisscrossed behind your legs then pull it up.

Effortless style
I freakin love this dress. Nice a-line to cover my belly, cinched at waist, makes my small boobs look great, thick material, well-constructed, pockets...need I go on? This is everything I want in a cocktail dress. Wore this for the opening of a play that I had to do opening speech for.

Pretty with a few things I'd change
As everyone else has said, the arms are too tight on this, but I managed. Also, I can tell that well-endowed, pregnant ladies have worn it as the boob area was totally stretched out. Other that that, it was perfect for a Jane Austen audition I had. :)

Flattering fit and conservative cut make this a fun work-appropriate option. If you have boobs you may want to size up though. I have a small chest and was comfortable, but if my chest were bigger it'd probably be quite constricting.

Fun work option
Although a bit on the tight side when it comes to work, the material is thick enough to not raise any eyebrows. The conservative cut and style also help. Overall, although this isn't a show stopper, it has a nice fit and is a comfortable winter dress that kept me stylish yet warm. I wore Spanx with this to get an uninterrupted line.

Sexy, classy winner
Wore this to the symphony and felt like a million bucks. It's too tight for work unless you wear a long sweater or cape with it to cover how tight this is over the butt (I have a pretty big one). However, for a date this is smokin, but in an elegant way. Definitely recommend Spanx with this though, one that goes all the way up to the bra line so as not to disrupt the lines of the dress.

Fun blouse to brighten up the workday
I usually wear a small or size 2, but the 0/xs worked out well. It was tight in the forearms though because I had sized down, but I think I would've be swimming in anything larger as it's a flowy top which is forgiving. It's well-made with lovely stitching, but be aware you will need to wear a camisole under this.

So close to buying this one
