Fun stripes, interesting color... just too cold to wear still
Maybe I was feeling overly optimistic about the weather. Cute sweater, lightweight and pretty cropped. It still hit at my waist but I'm short . Taller people/people with longer torsos may need to plan for that. .

Thought I would love it but was just ok
A little boxy and shapeless on me. I love the vibe of Marimekko and thought I would love this but it just didn't suit me. The knit is nice and soft .

It could be the style but there was nothing flattering about these jeans for me. Too long on my short frame to be cropped - hit closer to my ankle . Tight through the hips. That might have been helped if I had sized up (26/27 my size in most jeans) . Not enough stretch to be forgiving.

Fit but wasn’t flattering
These fit- I did size up from a 26 to a 28. The denim felt nice, had some stretch. But I didn’t think they were very flattering.

Adorable, fun, and different
Every review I do for this brand starts off with “I love this brand…” and this dress was also a favorite. I had to wear with black tights and boots (it’s what I had) but I think navy tights would have been cute too. The skirt is pretty short (and I’m a short person) but with opaque tights I felt fine . I wore it in March out to dinner on a chilly night. Would absolutely rent again.

Really long sleeves just didn’t work for me
I think this would have fit me better if I had sized down to an XS. The shoulders were too big and the sleeves definitely too long. I am petite , so I run into these fit issues sometimes. It is a flattering dress otherwise. I would have worn it with tights and boots if it had fit better.

Petite- friendly, 90s throwback style
I am 5”2”, so I always get excited when jeans fit me in length. This pair works for me! The cut is generous all over, including the waist , because I can’t remember the last time I wore a size 25 jean. I first ordered the 26, which fit but was quite big in the waist. (26/27 is my usual size in jeans). The 25 is perfect, although the fit overall not as baggy as when I wore the 26 (which I suppose is the intended look). I kept them longer than I thought I would because they are such a useful every day jean. They have enough stretch to be comfortable but are stiffer/heavier than what I’ve gotten used to. They reminded me very much of the jeans I wore in the 90s, which is to say , I put them on and they immediately felt like home :-)

I can’t believe I didn’t get a good photo of me in this dress. Should be a classic style that works for a lot of people. Was perfect for Christmas Eve dinner in Florida. Will rent again in warm weather back home in CT. Flattering. Comfortable. Loved the eyelet fabric and color.

Easy, flattering and cute
I threw this on for a last minute dinner date with my husband and friends. Not the best photo but it does show it is more fitted at the waist (but not constricting); should be flattering on a lot of people. The dress snaps all the way up the front, super easy to get on and wear. Sometimes this kind of material can feel suffocating, but this one was very comfortable and breathes well. I will definitely wear this more than once before returning.

Fun to try, even if not my favorite silhouette
I love a relaxed jean. The waist fit me fine. I’m usually a 26 so these fit generously (I rented a 25 based on reviews). I don’t think the barrel style is super flattering on me (I’m short, a bit curvy) but it was fun to try. These are cropped on taller people but not on me . Jeans can be tricky to rent, so I was happy these worked out well enough.

So cute, surprisingly fits me?
I really love these. I rented them when only one review had been posted , so it was a bit of a risk (thank you to the petite RTR team member who wrote a review with photo!) These are generously cut, in a silky fabric , kind of thin for the cold weather we are having but I didn’t care! Was thrilled that they weren’t too long for me (I’m 5’2”). In my sneakers , the bottoms of the pants just barely miss the floor, so they *just barely work*, in terms of length . This length may be a problem for tall people, or shorter people dodging puddles and snow . But they work! Would rent them again and maybe even try sizing down.

Strangers stopped me to compliment me on this jacket !
Warm, comfy and very popular on the suburban streets of CT! Seriously … Every time I wore it, friends and strangers complimented me on it. Honestly, it’s a cute coat but I didn’t expect this kind of reaction! I think people respond to the whimsical flowers and cozy fabric. I enjoyed wearing it. Would rent again, just to brighten the days of my fellow citizens .

Classy and classic, great for cold weather
I love to wear dresses, but finding ones warm enough for cold weather is not easy. I really loved the knit on this dress, which kept me warm but wasn’t bulky. I think it would look better with pumps (or something other than taller boots), but it was cold and I wanted more coverage. A classic a-line cut, it should be flattering to a lot of people. I really liked it and would rent it again.

This cardigan looked just *ok* on me. I ended up not wearing it. I really like the farm rio pullover sweaters, which are a little more fitted at the waist. This one is more boxy. It’s cute, but not my favorite on me.

Fitted, flattering and comfortable
I got a lot of compliments with this one. I found it to be soft and cozy, but not suffocating. Suitable for the coldest temps in mid-winter, except for maybe that it is pretty short. I’m also short (5’2”) so it was not cropped on me, but hit just below the top of my jean’s waistband. I can see that on someone taller that might be a risk. This is the most tailored sweater I’ve found lately in RTR, since many sweater styles are boxy and baggy right now. It was a nice change.

Loved this dress ! Dying to wear again
I love this brand , so it was no surprise I loved this dress too. Comfortable. Hugged in all the right places. Fit perfectly. Asymmetrical bodice / sleeves were a welcome change of pace, although it was a little limiting while dancing (it limits how high you can raise your arms.) . The color was almost a wine color, not quite a purple . I should really buy this.

Great except for one small thing
Loved this jacket (love almost everything B&sh does) *except* for the hem, which would not lay flat and kept rolling up. It fits a little boxy, but it is not super oversized. It’s also a medium weight denim, good for layering and for the in between seasons when you don’t need a heavier coat.

Would have worn it but needed the right pants
Rented this to wear to dinner on a trip but didn’t end up having the right pants/skirt to go with it. It is rather short so a high waisted pant is necessary. Might be challenging for taller people to wear too (length). I felt it needed very dark black pants or jeans , and the only black trousers I have are pleated and that didn’t look right. I recommend a very flat waistband. While I didn’t end up wearing I can still recommend this for a date night /night out.

Unusual but comfortable style
Really loved this dress. Rented to wear to dinner in Vegas, kept it to wear again for a casual cocktail/dinner at an event in Austin. Felt a little sexy, got lots of compliments. Style really defines the waist while skimming and stretching over curves. I loved the unusual drape of the neckline and sleeves. Petite- friendly. Would absolutely rent again.

This is the perfect sweater for me; not bulky, very soft, warm enough for most days, made of natural fibers (wool and cashmere). It might run the tiniest bit large (a bit long in the sleeves and large in the shoulders). I’m a straight up size 4/S usually and ordered in the small. I think I might have liked the fit of the XS a bit better. Still, i really loved the sweater and love this brand. I’m excited to see it on RTR. I hope they offer more of their sweaters! Would totally buy this.

If you like a really boxy or baggy tee, this is for you
Couldn’t figure out a way to make it look like anything on me. I really like this brand but this style was probably never going to look the way I wanted, even if I sized down to XS (I rented a small). It runs a bit big and boxy. May have worked better to fully embrace the oversized look and size up, but I am petite and mostly prefer fitted tops.

Classic cut, comfortable summer-weight knit
Wore this on a warm September night for dinner and drinks with friends. Very light, high quality sweater knit. Kind of perfect for September, when the bright colors and florals of summer don’t seem quite right but the temps are still summer-like. I’m short (5’2”) and it was a little long but not too long, even with flat sandals. Would absolutely rent again.

Cute shirt that runs very small

I love this dress
I adored wearing this dress so much it sent me running to find out what other items might be available by this designer . (The answer is; not much, either on RTR or elsewhere, but I’ll keep checking) . This dress is made of a heavier linen fabric, so was perfect for the pleasantly cool, early fall evening I wore it out to dinner. I think it would feel too warm on the warmest of summer nights, but it’s a perfect transition season dress. The sleeves are large but the contrast of the fitted waist it is very feminine and flattering. I see some people feel it was a lot of fabric , but I was fine with it. I can think of a few places I can wear this so I’ll keep it a bit longer .

Great dress. Appropriate for almost anything
Wore to the US Open, an event that could go either way in terms of formality. I was invited by someone so I decided to dress up a bit. The print is so pretty. While TTS, it was a tad longer than I would like , but I am used to this (I’m 5’2”). I might have wished it was a slightly stiffer linen, it does wilt a little bit in the warm weather, but enough not to wear it. I really appreciated the classic style with the interesting print and colors.

Elegant transitional piece

Highly recommend to wear with matching skirt
I enjoyed wearing this set. Definitely a tailored fit, but the stretchy fabric and gathering makes it more forgiving. I was happy I didn’t size down to S. It’s on the shorter side, but not exactly cropped, at least not for someone my height. Also, the matching skirt was high waisted enough so it was not belly-baring for me. It did ride up a little bit , but not annoyingly so. Would rent this set again .

Love this brand
Loved the print, the colors and cotton fabric, wish it had a coordinating top. I wore it exclusively with a white tank top, which was fine, for every day. The waist is elastic, which others have noted makes it hard to get that “snatched” waist, but at least it was comfortable. Would definitely rent again .

Sexy and pretty
Wore this for a dressy (but not formal) birthday party. The plunge neckline definitely looked differently on me than the model, but my husband loved it. If you’re not comfortable with a deep plunge, this dress is not for you. I’m 5’2”, I ordered the 2P and 4P and I wore the 2P. I usually wear a 4 in this brand, but the cut of the dress is forgiving. No way I could have worn a size that wasn’t petite, it would be way too long . I might have liked the slightly looser fit of the 4P but it was too long even with my platform sandals, so I went with the 2P. The dress was very comfortable and I got loads of complements . Would consider buying this and definitely on my rent-again list.

Gorgeous , worth the wait but runs small
I wore the set for my sister in law’s 40th birthday dinner in Rome. The matching skirt made an elegant set. The top fit a *much* tighter than I expected (usually a Small fits perfectly in most brands). I figured in this brand I couldn’t risk ordering the XS but I was shocked how tight the S was. But after kind of squeezing myself into it, I thought it looked really good. The top is fairly low cut so be aware of that if you prefer more modest styles. Because it fit me quite rightly , it was not very comfortable for an evening of sitting and eating. I really wish I had a photo to share! I will say that I don’t make a habit of wearing cropped tops at all, but I’m short and the top came nearly to the waistline of the matching skirt , so it was not belly- baring on me. I really loved this set, but I would size up one next time. The fabric and colors are gorgeous , I really loved it. I would absolutely love to wear it again.
