Not fit and flare
Thought this was going to be fit and flare but it's super form fitting- unless you are a wearer of bodycon clothing, I'd skip it. Not so forgiving on the belly. Dress itself v cute and high quality. Good if you've got the shape for it.

Loved this shirt- looks much better than the picture. Professional but can be worn casually too.
Might buy this one. I wore it on a normal office day but I would wear to a more casual meeting or out to a nice family event. Polished look. Better than the pic.

Loved this dress. No cons. Great material, form fitting but not aggressively tight at all- nice and comfortable. Length was perfect but would still work on a taller or shorter frame.
