Helped me nail it and feel fun and fashionable at a fancy NYC cocktail with fashion types.
Great dress. Great fabric and the slightly shiny bodice plus the lace sleeves really add great details. Fun cocktail party dress that really stood out in NYC at a high fashion event. Got lots of compliments. I'm short and it was fairly 'mini' on me - on taller women I could imagine it would be super short. Very flattering and sexy on my petite frame. Also, I wore the size 6 which really fit well - usually I wear 0 or 2 (petite) but I guess this was sized up because 6 was the smallest size avail and was perfect on me.

Cute, lovely dress. Didn't wear it because it felt to young for me.
I'm 42, very petite and with a young energy - still, the second I put this otherwise lovely dress on, I realized it was just too cutesy and young. The main culprit is the little lace cap sleeves. I looked like a little girl going to ballet class. Not the look lol. Too bad! I considered tucking them under and trying to top-stick them into place, but it didn't seem like it would work. I went with another choice from my own closet.

Didn't end up wearing this. Felt a bit to big on my petite frame. A pretty dress though!
Pretty dress, but it ended up having 2 negatives for me: felt a bit to big in the torso for me, and the color was a bit to close to my fair skin for it to be flattering. I went with my back up.

Super sexy and flattering.
This dress is sexy and classy. It's easy to wear - wore it w/ a regular bra - and the long sleeves make it appropriate for all kinds of events. I had rented it for something formal-ish but ended up wearing my other choice. I ended up wearing THIS dress to a dinner party the next night - I didn't want to waste the rental!! It was a bit dressy for the dinner so I put a tux jacket over it and it worked great. I got a lot of compliments.

This fit me like a glove, and was very flattering. The inner slip has a lot of 'pull' to it and has a bit of a spanx effect!! (bonus!). I wore a strapless bra and used fashion tape on the front at the top to make sure it wouldn't show at all. The color is more blue-purple than purple-purple. The neckline is flattering and the back is gorgeous. Many people stopped me to compliment the dress!!

Didn't wear the dress. Gorgeous but just too big-long for my petite frame.
This dress is truly gorgeous. Beautiful fabric and colors. I was dying to wear it to an event, but ended up going w/ my back up choice. The dress was just too long in the torso and skirt for me. It kind of overwhelmed me.
