I loved the look of this coat. It was flattering and slimming but only if you don't layer beneath and let cold air seep in. The second time I decided to wear a thick and long puffer that fit perfectly under; the puffer helped with the cold and fit but hurt the look.

Too crop for NY winter
I loved the look and feel of this puffer. My only complaint is that it isn't long enough to be comfortable in 30s or low 40s. But because the material is quite heavy and warm, I wouldn't recommend it for temps above 50. Would be lovely for late fall.

I chose a size down based on reviews. It fit everywhere except the sleeves and legs were too short. Belt is a little hard to keep tied as well but that's not a big deal.

Weird fit in shoulders
I'm not sure if it my exact sweater was stretched out or if this is the style, but the shoulders were crazy wide. This isn't particularly flattering around the waist either. So even if the shoulders were normal, I wouldn't rent again. The colors are lovely in person though.
