Overall, this dress is cute for work or even a day/night transition. You get the classy dress vibe with the pop of neon colors in the puffy skirt area - which makes the dress a little more playful for you everyday wardrobe! It may be the designer and/or the design of the dress; however, it was a little big in my bust/shoulder area.

The fit was interesting; not long in the torso but the sleeves were very long. Beware when washing hands - my sleeves constantly were getting soaked. So, quick tip, roll them up during bathroom breaks ladies! It is not a tight fitting shirt at all; the only part that is fitted is the ruching in the sleeves. It is the perfect versatile top to dress up at work with some form fitted slacks and fun booties or dress down with some worn jeans and flats! It's a bold enough color to make a statement yet conservative enough in style! Definitely would rent this again!

This dress was used at my company's welcome reception to our National Sales Meeting. It is a gorgeous in person as it is on the website! The black lace contrast with the tan sheath underneath compliments any skin tone. It is sexy without being too revealing; the perfect combination of classy and sexy. I am very petite so my shoulders are not very broad and the lace in the back was almost stretched out looking and overlapped on my back; this was the only issue I experienced. Luckily, the hotel that we were staying in had a bunch of safety pins and I just pinned the extra lace fabric so that it fit like a glove! I received compliments all night long! Great dress! Thank you, yet again, for another great experience at RTR!

The dress is just as beautiful in person! It was the talk of the whole night; classy and feminine! I felt like I was going to the Oscars and wearing the dress gave me that extra bit of confidence needed for a night out. Not to mention, the color is a nice bold red that is sure to set you apart from a crowd. Initially the dress was a little too long for me but thankfully a bit of hem tape and high heels solved the issue! Hopefully, they get this dress in short/petite sizes soon because I would definitely rent it again. Everyone keeps talking about the dress to this day and now they are all fans of Rent The Runway too!
