Pilling but RTR made it right
I loved the sweater but it had so much pilling. I contacted RTR and they said I could use my sweater shaver and they added a bonus item to make it right. I don't know if I blame the sweater or RTR for letting it make it to my house. If between sizes go with the larger size.

I loved this sweater! It made me feel expensive! I will say I did get overly hot at one point but that happens easily with me. I will say it’s a very warm comfortable everyday, party and work sweater! Loved it!

Wanted to love them but too long
These pants are great but they are just too long. They are so comfortable and I wish I were 5’8” but I’m not and as I wore them they stretched and got even longer. Otherwise I would have bought them! Even a heel would have worked but I have a bad back.

If I hadn’t promised to stop buying clothes and only rent them (simply out of room!) I would buy this! The jeans are also available on RTR by Levi’s. So comfortable and warm yet a shorter sleeve. Adore it!

RTR replaced this item for me as the filling in each square is all clumped together. I’m not sure if someone washed it but it looked like I had humps on my back. I did not wear but RTR’s customer service was top notch to make it right!

I wore a fitted undershirt under it to insure it wasn’t itchy if I got hot. I didn’t get hot as this was such a nice sweater! Warm and cozy out to dinner in Jackson WY. It is definitely my favorite rental so far! It feels soft’ish as a wool sweater can and very high quality. Keeping an eye on the purchase price!
