LOVE LOVE LOVE
As a natural redhead who thrives on Autumn colors, I found this to be absolutely perfect for my October selection. It's fall and I want to wear those rich warm colors now, but with temperatures still in the 90's, that can present a problem. I plan to wear this one to a wedding rehearsal and also for work.

Odd Ruching
This dress fit fairly well, but sadly the ruching started all the way up at the armpit and made for a baggy and sloppy bustline. I LOVE ruching at the waist for its slimming effects, but this just felt sloppy. I can't bring myself to wear it.

I wore this when to give a presentation and received several compliments. The wide open neck made choosing jewelry a challenge, but I did not feel overly exposed. If I were to wear it again, I would substitute a belt for the tie which kept sagging.

I was going to wear it... really I was.... with my favorite western boots. First issue was that the raw hem and the ruffled sleeves needed serious ironing to keep them from rolling. Then, the day I had planned to wear it, I put it on just wasn't feeling it. Oh well.

As for fit, it was almost okay, but just a little shortwaisted. The problem that I should have noticed from the photographs that the fabric is ULTRA sheer. Maybe I'm old-school, but this dress needs a lining -- at LEAST a few inches below the crotch. It's beautiful otherwise, but for me, it's a NOPE!

Not for me
As much as I love fitted clothing and ruched waistlines, the ruching on this top started WAY too high to suit me. I also enjoy a nice sleeveless top, but the cut of these armholes came too far forward and was not flattering. MAYBE one size up could be better. It would be okay under a sweater or blazer, but it's still hot in Houston so that's a no-go. for me.
