This was my backup dress and while it's cute, it's actually got red and blue sequins in it, not exclusively silver. It looked a little patriotic to me, so I opted to wear my first choice dress. It would have been really cute, for the right occasion.

It made me feel so sparkly, pretty, and festive and I got so many compliments on it! I wore it for a Christmas program I performed in and the sequins looked great on stage. The fit was great, it was just a tad shorter than I was comfortable with, so I wore black tights with it. I usually wear a size 0 and though the size 0 fit okay, the 2 was more comfortable and less fitted, but still retained a nice shape. Other than the inside of my arms getting a little tender from scratching against the sequins, this dress was really comfortable and easy to wear. And since I'm always cold, I loved that this dress covered my shoulders with its cute cap sleeves. I also paired a black blazer with it in between sets. I didn't get to wear this dress because my size became unavailable after I'd placed my order, but it's a gorgeous gown nonetheless. And kudos to Neil at RTR who more than made up for it with his great customer service! Worth mentioning: the gown looks grey on my computer monitor, but in real life, it's more of a cornflower blue. I love the crew neckline, low back, pleats, and embellishment on the front. It's elegant and unique with a bit of whimsy thrown in for good measure. Great customer service at RTR! I'll definitely try renting again! Hopefully I can rent this dress in the correct size in the future.

This dress looks like a plum/berry color on my monitor, but it's more of a true purple in real life. The fit was a little strange... snug at the waist and saggy in the chest (probably my own shortcomings there). I didn't get to wear this dress, but RTR has great customer service. I'll definitely try renting again! Thank you RTR!

As previous reviewers have mentioned, this dress is a really dark navy, almost black. Though I didn't get to wear this dress, when I tried it on, the material felt nice and slinky; I could tell it would be a really comfortable dress to wear all night long. Unfortunately, I couldn't fill it out in the chest area so I ended up returning it. Great customer service at RTR, though. I'll definitely try renting again in the future!
