This is the first RTR I’ve ever rejected. I’m fairly hour glass shaped and I was really hoping this dress would accentuate my waist, while also being comfortable. I felt frumpy and ‘large.’ Yes, it was comfortable but aside from the pretty fabric and comfort, it didn’t do any justice to my figure. Definitely no wow-factor. A tip though: the cleavage is really low. Any men’s pocket square would be a great way to disguise a regular bra that peeks out. The top is tight enough that you could tuck fabric or a pocket square in the top and not wear a camisole. It’s an easy fix.

Great for warm days
Wore this, with a regular bra, slightly off the shoulder. Very comfortable, nice fabric, but it’s pretty short. Watch the gusts, walking up/down stairs, or bending over. I’m between size 10 and 12, relatively short-waisted, and more hourglass shaped than pear. The dress has a higher waist than expected but wasn’t uncomfortable. I did find myself pulling it down pretty often. There are no pockets, which was a bummer. That’s the only drawback to this dress. Perfect for a backyard party. Easy to wear, even in warmer weather. Highly recommended!

Felt a bit frumpy…but comfortable
Wore this for a graduation ceremony. I got a medium (and small) because there wasn’t a large when I ordered this outfit. I’m between a 10 and 12 but hourglass enough that I can wear a smaller-waisted item. The medium had a lot of material up top so I ended up wearing the small, even though the waist was snug. This outfit probably looks good when you’re out and away from people but there’s no way people can see you as ‘smaller’ in this outfit unless you can see the waist. It’s just so busy that you’ll look like you’re wearing a muumuu. Every picture I appeared in, made me look big. Zero compliments from anyone. However, it was super comfortable and the fabric was nice. If you’re dressing for something different and comfortable, with a mildly 80’s vibe, then this is your outfit.

Bombshell Dress
Excellent dress! Lots of compliments and lots of side-eye. I wore this to a Havana themed evening and it didn't disappoint. I'm between a size 10 and a 12 and the XL fit perfectly, but I could have worn either the L or XL. Plan on a very very low neckline, and a very short skirt that's difficult to sit in. Size up to give yourself some length. I know it says the fabric has some sort of stretch but I wouldn't count on that. With the neckline so low most of us will need to pin/tape. I had some hem-tape on hand which worked awesome. That bow will disguise it but you'll pretty much have to go braless if you don't secure it somehow. The shoulders are emphasized with shoulder pads and the waist might be snug from some, judging by the evidence of pulling on the waist seam. Excellent for curves, easy to wear, but just watch the sizing. (A size 12 is about the absolute max for this dress.) I'd rent it again!

Cute, soft, and perfect for the holidays.
Soft and extremely comfortable. In every sense of the word, this was a blouse. Very 80's blouse. I wear about a size 12 in pants and 10/12 or M/L in shirts (5'7", 170, 36C, athletic/curvy). I have fairly broad shoulders and usually have trouble with the span across my back because I work out. This blouse fit me perfect, to slightly big. I'd definitely put it around a size 12 in women's. I only had a medium to choose from and I'm glad I didn't pass it up worrying about a larger size. It was perfect for Christmas eve and the festivities. If you like to wear your shirts around your hips, forget it. It runs a little lower than natural waist but because of the elastic, will slide up. It's a "blouse." I liked it and would recommend it.

Dress it up or down, great for casual outings where you want a little kick
I read the reviews and decided to give this sweater a try for a family party. I found that the sweater isn't "short," it's just built like an 80's sweater. It's meant to have the waist near your waist and, therefore, it will double-over the bottom ribbed band of the sweater. It worked on my curvier body just fine as long as I didn't yank it down. If you're used to straight sweaters that hit at the hip or lower, and you're built straight, then this sweater probably isn't the one for you. The sleeves were also very 80's with a nice little poof to the shoulders but not too much. The sweater for me was itchy (I'm pretty sensitive to any wool and some acrylic), but the sleeves' lace was comfortable. I wore a black camisole under the sweater to alleviate the itch. Overall, great sweater. My husband was wondering if I could buy it, which was a surprise.

Perfect for a holiday party, but very conservative.
This is the perfect, understated, but classy dress...if you're interested in blending in. Unless you're backlit/well lit, you're going to look like you're wearing a dress that hits below your knees and is solid from neck to knees. The dress is body skimming and has little flex to it. It was comfortable enough but "firm." It also was dense enough on the lace above the bustline to look like it was close to solid material. I wore a regular nude bra and nude shapewear and you couldn't see it through the lace unless you were looking for it. The dress also didn't look like you were wearing a clever mini under lace. It just looked like a longer, sheath of a dress. On my mostly-curvy body (36C, waist around 33, and hips, about 42), I think I looked a bit matronly and very conservative. It was snugger in the hips and slightly loose in the waist. If you want less snug, definitely size up. I would have preferred something a little more risque than this but it certainly worked well for a company Christmas party.

This was a very comfortable and elegant dress!
I wore this dress for only 3 or 4 hours, and unfortunately, didn't get a picture. I needed something for a holiday party and I didn't want something too flashy or over the top. I got the 46 and 48 sizes. The night of the party, I threw on my strapless bra and a pair of hose and spanx shorts. The first dress I tried was the 48. All good and good enough because I didn't have time to try the other. And all good for all night. Aside from the hassle of wearing a strapless, this is a great, great dress. It's classy, it's stretchy and the material is thin but not too thin. Just a couple notes, I usually wear between a 10 and 12 and I felt the 48 was a bit larger in the waist that what I would have thought necessary. (I'm about a 33.5" waist.) I also felt that if I had worn this all night long, that it might have grown a bit, but I can't verify that. It's not really a "neoprene" fabric either. It's thinner, and stretchy, and won't cover something like cellulite. However, it's the perfect color and an almost matte material that won't emphasize flaws either. My husband loved it, and told me to find other dresses under this designer.
