Soo cute
I don't really wear yellow but this yellow was sweet and flattering. it was comfortable. It fit just right. I think it might have looked better with shape wear under because it does show my stomach but It was fine by my standard. Very playful outfit.

confusing
it was impractical. It was hard to figure out the long long streamers.. it looks great if you're walking forward in the wind, I guess. It's too dressy for every day. It's too playful for anything professional. If you find an occasion to walk around in a building quickly without stopping. this would look great. Not my cup of tea.
