I wore this coat in Chicago and it was the best choice I've ever made. It was a wind chill of -10 and I could barely tell!

Sweater is a little itchy. I had to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath for that reason. Shoulders were a bit wide for me but, I made it work. Also, VERY warm.
