NYE-ready after some adjustments
This dress is beautiful but there are some things to be aware of. There is absolutely no stretch in the fabric and the zipper doesn’t unzip far enough which makes it a bit difficult to get the dress on. The proportions are also a little off - the waist is a bit tight while the top is huge even if you have a large chest, so that needed to be pinned. The back is also a lot more open than I realized when I’d rented it.

Don’t rent if you have any chest at all
This dress was one of the worst rtr fails I’ve had unfortunately. If you have any chest at all it’s unlikely to fit or flatter your body type in the way it’s cut.

Pay attention to all the reviews on the straps
The straps are so oddly long and needed to be pinned up to wear. I also didn’t find this to be the most flattering on an hourglass and looked like maternity-wear.

Nice fabric, odd proportions
I see why people like the fabric on the dress, but I found the proportions to be very strange. Let’s of extra room in the hips and way too small on the chest. If you have a larger chest, know that there is a seam meant to go under the best that doesn’t leave much room, so it’ll likely cut mid way on your chest and not be flattering. But if you try to size up you’ll be swimming in the dress around your hips.

I rented these glasses for a Barbie themed party and they were perfect. I personally wouldn’t wear them for everyday, but they are good quality and the rose shields clip off for plain clear glasses.

Come on Barbie let’s go party
Loved the fit of this dress and the color was great, but I’m not sure what I would’ve worn it for other than a Barbie themed party! One drawback is there is a little too much fabric at the back of the neck/zip which is kind of odd and makes it tight there. Otherwise I loved it! Comfortable too!

Another Badgley Mischka sizing fail
This dress is a pretty style and pattern, but as is common with Badgley Mischka the sizing is very off. I’m usually a true 4 with my chest spilling into a 6, but in this case even the 6 barely fit me in the chest. Definitely not for a larger chest between running small, having no stretch, and the overall style of the top.

Nice and flattering but not a show stopper
Wore this to a summer black tie wedding and it was very nice, flattering, and pretty comfortable, just not very striking in my opinion. True to size with some room up top which is good for a larger chest.

Overall nice but not my favorite
Nice dress that runs a little large in my opinion (I am usually more of a medium but went with the small which fit perfectly). Flattering, comfortable, pretty, but not the most special or standout. Also the pattern gives a bit of the illusion that the dress is wrinkly in pictures which I didn’t like.

Striking but hoped for more
This dress is very eye catching but not my favorite. It’s itchy and not the most flattering in my opinion. Definitely required shape wear underneath (if nothing else but to shield from the itchy fabric), and you can see in my review picture that the slip underneath tends to bunch/ride up. Too bad because the color and shine are great but I wouldn’t rent again.

Amazing versatile pants
These pants are so cute, comfortable, and versatile. I was able to wear for work and also to an informal picnic in the park. Would rent again! Slightly tight in the waist but decent elastic stretch to make up for it.

Nice color but that’s it. Fabric is awkwardly see-through, runs small, and has no stretch. The weirdest part is how small the neck hole is. I found it to be unflattering and matronly, and I can’t really imagine what body type it’d look good on.

Pretty but size up
This dress is very pretty and striking but definitely recommend sizing up. I am typically a true 4 with my chest spilling over to a 6. I was able to squeeze into the 4 but it wasn’t flattering since it was all way too tight so I didn’t end up wearing. I also didn’t love the detailing on the sides as it can look like the fabric is just bunching up vs. an intentional style.

I wore this dress to a beach party wedding reception and it was perfect. I found it to be on the less formal side, which was perfect for the event I had but I wouldn’t have worn it for a more formal/black tie event. The color and fabric are stunning and high quality and it’s super flattering. I might’ve sized up if I rented again as it was a bit small on my chest, but overall it was gorgeous and I received so many compliments.

Caribbean perfection!
This is one of my favorite rentals of all time. I wore it to a wedding reception in Saint Barts and it was absolutely perfect and received compliments all night. It was the lightest, most comfortable fabric and high quality, and so flattering. I never wanted to take it off and am considering buying!

This dress was perfect for a white out party in the Caribbean. It’s a heavy fabric, but the lace still felt beachy. It’s also great quality but very heavy and had no stretch. I found it a bit too tight on my chest but managed to make it work.

Gorgeous but not for a full chess
I rented this dress last minute as a backup for an outdoor black tie wedding in May in a woodsy setting. It was stunning and perfect for the occasion (albeit a little dark for May), but very small up top. I squeezed my chest into a 4 but likely would’ve been more comfortable in a size 6. That said, there is just minimal fabric up top so wouldn’t recommend a for a fuller chest.

This dress is stunning, but very tricky to size. I am typically a true 4 with my chest spilling over to a 6, but in this case the 4 was WAY too small altogether. The 6 fit but was generally ill fitting and uncomfortable because there is zero stretch and it’s definitely not for a full chest. I really wanted to love this because it’s such a gorgeous dress but it’s definitely not for an hourglass figure.

Gorgeous dress with a few big drawbacks
This dress really is beautiful and I got tons of compliments. It was perfect for a May semi-formal wedding on an NYC rooftop. The reason I only rated three stars was due to all the issues with the dress - like the fact that even after sizing up my chest was still bursting at the seams - but any larger and the dress would’ve been too big throughout. The fabric has zero stretch, the zipper gets stuck easily and can be very difficult to work, and the fabric is very itchy. I’d avoid altogether if you have a larger chest.
