I don't know if it's shrunken but something was off with the proportions. The skirt part starts too high up and it ends up looking empire waist ish if you're a tall girl.

This skirt is a mess
The skirt is really cute but a total mess to wear so I didn’t. The other reviewers are correct that it’s hard to “fit” right. Wearing it backwards or with the ruching thing on your hip was what looked the best to me but it still didn’t quite work for me to wear it out of the house…and that was me trying it with the matching shirt.

What a kooky dress (not good but not terrible)
The pattern is bold and you WILL get compliments. This dress is FASHION. It’s also kinda ugly and weirdly shaped and THE SLEEVES (wtf!?). The other reviewers are not lying when they say the sleeves are tight. Everyone who mentioned the sleeves is a different size but we’re all like um these sleeves are unnnnnncomfortable. This dress is made to make you feel like performance art.

Cute but a little weird
This dress needs to be short sleeves. It’s a whole lot of fabric so I think it’s best for chillin, notwithstanding that it’s super long (I’m tall and still found it long). I found it a little hard to find the right occasion in the summer (bc of sleeves).

I’ve held on to this for a loooooong time. I’ve worn it almost 1x/wk for many weeks bc it’s so versatile. It’s been to work, dinners, book signings, drinks…it’s lightweight, has pockets, hides any bumps/lumps. I’d get it if it was more on sale.

There’s a weird thing that happens with torso
This dress just fits weird up top. Because of the very exaggerated shoulder pads there’s an inner lining visible straight across the chest that’s just not movable or flattering (it’s the fabric in place to keep the shoulder pads in place). I couldn’t wear this to my event.

Good material (but wrinkles easily) and good colorway but this is a super meh boxy coat that has no closure in front. I wouldn’t wear it over a dress—too boxy for that. In fact I didn’t wear it at all.
