I'm 5'9 and I normally wear a size 8, bu the size 8 of this dress was REALLY short and the dress was a little tight. The 10 was a little big. This dress is cute, but not fancy enough for a black tie event. The lace was pretty and class, however.

I wore this to a black tie gala and got tons of compliments. The color is even prettier in person than in the picture. I normally wear a size 8 dress, so the 10 was a little big, but it was fine (especially with a strapless bra). If you have a bit of stomach, this dress is very flattering and slimming. I'm 5'9 and was wearing 4 inche heels and the long size I rented was still too long, so just keep that in mind. Otherwise, I loved this dress.

I normally wear a size 8, but I do have a wide rib cage. The trick zipper on this dress made it terrible - I even tried on a 10 and I still couldn't get the zipper to zip up. The material on the dress was also a little cheap and showed wrinkles easily. The good news about the dress? If you have a bit of a stomach, this dress would be flattering - it concealed my stomach well.
