Very cute dress that fits well. It does open all the way to the waist.

It's cute, nice color and fits well. However, BE AWARE it wrinkles very easily and doesn't shake out. Tried on, bent down to tie shoes, and that severally wrinkled the shirt to the point of non-wearable. Very strange.

Fantastic and VERY forgiving.
Rent for work and also worn for a wedding. Given the base navy color and pink/apricot flowers outfit options with a cover is easy and fun!. I purchased it I can't let it go.
