The top part of this dress is lovely, but the bottom is SO poofy it actually made me look fat and I'm a size 0!! I tried putting on a belt but that didn't help either. Definitely not wearing this!

Had to walk the red carpet for an award ceremony and had my first ever RTR fail with the Halston Heritage Vintage Silver dress (which looked so good in the pics but somehow miserable on me). Thankfully I live in NYC and could run over to the store to get something at the last minute - well worth the extra effort - this dress was a SMASH HIT! Definitely get a size smaller for backup though. I think I'm usually a 4 but even the 2 had a bit of extra room at the stomach area, and I think I could have actually gotten away with a 0 (I am so not a 0 lol)

Oof, I forgot to take a pic - I was so disappointed with how bad it looked on me when it arrived I immediately returned it so not sure how helpful this review will be but I should add that I ended up going with the Jay Godfrey sequin dress instead (thank goodness I live in NYC and could go into the STORE to try stuff on) and it looked a gajillion times better. I'm 112 pounds yet somehow i looked a bit fat in this dress lol. maybe cos the material was a bit heavy and the part in the front somehow made me look like I had a paunch yuck. First rent the runway non-success but the Jay Gofrey one was amazing. and everyone else looks fabulous in these pics so I guess - maybe take your chances but give yourself enough time to return if you dislike it!
