It's cropped
I'm barely 5'8 and I have a short torso and this was short on me. I'm also a 36C and this gapped on me. If size up as I think this looks best a little blousy. The fabric is GORGEOUS.

Wore this dress three times. Got tons of compliments. It's a blousy shift dress so it's going to and is supposed to be flowy. I'm tall so proportionally it worked cause it was on the shorter side and didn't swallow me. Loved this!

Gorgeous color
This dress is very well cut! The color is more turquoise than it looks in the photo. The cut is very flattering and it was mostly true to size BUT a little tight in the back by the rib cage. I'm a true 12 and it was just on the edge for me. I don't see anyone being able to wear a bra with this and you 100% need fashion tape or people will see your nipples.

Gorgeous dress
The color and cut of this dress are flattering and chic. I'm a very hippy 12 (10 in some box stores) and this dress fit like a glove. I had to use fashion tape to secure he gals but it's worth it. This dress is great!
