Size up if you don't have small rib cage
I'm a solid 4 in most clothes. I can barely move or eat in this one and ended up not wearing it. Size up if you're in between size or want to feel comfortable. There's no stretch to the material. It's a beautiful dress

Elegant and fun 1920s dress
For reference, My size is 34B, waist 28-29, 37 hip. Size 4R fits like a glove but there's not much stretchy to the fabric, which is perfect since I like a more tailored look. The front slit sits at the right spot and visually made my thick claves look slimmer! The dress looks much more elegant than most of the costume-like 1920 dress!! It's worth it.
