Gorgeous with caveats - careful of the liner!
This was a really nice, well made dress. I wore it for a work event and was comfortable in it and it felt nicely elevated My two caveats: 1. The peplum is not the most flattering and adds a lot of bulk around the stomach. This would work very well for those hiding a pregnancy. I wore it anyway and it still looked nice 2. The short slip liner in this dress got stuck several times throughout my workday and the over skirt is entirely transparent, so you have to be very careful every time you sit down or go to the bathroom as you could easily flash someone

Size up, extremely small
I love Cara Cara but this runs about a full size small. I’m normally a true 8 and I looked like I was trying on a toddler’s clothing. Also very short and poofy in the skirt. Beautiful dress but definitely go up at least one size

This was well made and almost worked, but the drop waist is so strange… it has a U shape right below the belly button which was not flattering.

Slit is way too high - wardrobe malfunction
This dress is very pretty but the slit is inexplicably right in front and EXTREMELY high. As soon as I sat down it showed all of my underwear. Total miss and be careful with this one.

Runs large - too much fabric around the waist
This definitely runs large, size down - I’m normally an 8 and the 6 was a bit small. It was also super unflattering with how full the skirt is around the hips. Felt like it added 20 pounds. Beautiful fabric but probably wouldn’t rent again

Very cute but straps are insanely long
This dress is so cute and flattering, but the straps are so dang long that I felt uncomfortable in it and ended up changing before dinner. It was fine standing up but when seated the straps completely fell off my shoulders. I am almost 6' and a DD, so I don't usually have this issue. Definitely recommend safety pins if you rent this. LOVE otherwise.

I’m almost 6 feet tall and even then this swallowed me. It’s super long and has a TON of fabric, going back with tags on unfortunately. Pretty heavy so probably better for fall

Pretty fabric, not the best fit
I’ve never been so thrilled to take a dress off. Fabric is gorgeous and looks amazing standing up, but the buttons gap SO badly when sitting down. Skirt has a lot of fabric and waist is not very flattering, added 20lbs on me. Overall was uncomfortable wearing this for a long day of work

Took a chance on this one since I love Boss - total miss. The fabric is VERY thick and uncomfortable and even with tiny wrists, the wrists were SO tight. The belt looks like a rope belt and is sewn on, so impossible to tie in any flattering way. This one went right back in the bag

Never left a photo review before but this one deserved… a beautiful dress but unfortunately there are GIANT, darted nipples that stick out 2 inches. Folded them down and they popped back up within a minute. Such an odd quirk. Would not recommend.

This is VERY oversized, I’m 5’10 and this was still ridiculously long on me. M was massive on a size 8. If you are looking for a massively oversized look, this is the one - otherwise size way down

SO comfy but not for the short waisted
These pants feel like sweats but don't look it! Unfortunately as someone with a short "crotch" area, despite being really tall... I think i could happily fit an adult sized diaper in here. Sad to send this back, would be great on someone with a little more waist length.

Bought this the minute it arrived, can’t believe how cheap it was! Fits great and flattering. The buttons did gape / even came unbuttoned at work which was not great, but I sewed this whole thing shut since I had purchased it. if you’re busty you might need some fashion tape.

Cute for small chest, not for busty girls
I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately the skirt and top are attached with a white cotton material that sticks out quite a bit. If you are busty, you can easily see the underside sticking out right under your chest. Looked like I had an accidental underboob / bra flash going on, so I couldn’t wear this one. Lovely quality though

Too cropped and boxy
I wore this to work and was uncomfortable the whole day - it was extremely cropped even with high rise pants, I had to wear over a black bodysuit to hide the inch of stomach showing with this sweater. Just not very flattering on me in general, although the material is lovely. If you are super short and petite this might work

Not great on the curves
I'm sure this would look amazing on a size 0 or 2, but as a tall, athletic 8 with big boobs this did not work for me. The layers were overwhelming, the bust looked too matronly and the ruffle right on the waist just added volume. Beautiful fabric, amazing pattern and well-made, so giving 4 stars as I'm sure someone else will love this!

I actually ended up buying this sweater, it's beautiful. Definitely size down though! I'm a solid 8 with a big chest and the size 2 (4-6) looked like a men's hoodie on me, the size 1 (2-4) was still an oversized fit but I purchased it. Wonderful quality and look though, so excited to wear this for the holidays.
