Too Much For a Wedding ...
RTR sent this to me in place of another backup I wanted. It was very cute & fit well, but too poofy for a wedding. It's more of a birthday/bachelorette/NYE dress, so I didn't wear it.

Fits weird ... Too tight.
I'm typically a 6...an 8 if not. Rented it as a backup & that was a good thing! Didn't wear it. The other reviewers were right when they say it's tight in the middle...it's odd. I don't have a funny shape or odd-shaped body, but this dress is cut funky or something. I have a small chest, & the 8 was big in the chest...but SUPER tight in the middle, but fit my legs somewhat. The color is beautiful in person, so are the layers & the belt, just wasn't a fit for me.

Simple but Elegant
Just looking at this dress, you don't think it's super fancy or out of the ordinary, but if you put a necklace with it, or big earrings, it takes on an entirely new look! I rented it for a wedding, but also wore it for our family pictures the day before with knee-high boots -- so I wore it both casual & dressy, & it worked for both in totally different ways! Very versatile. Material is nice & thick, & not super stretchy, yet still slimming. The short/long bottom MAKES this dress...it's so cool looking! Also, very comfortable!

This is a real stunner. Fits true to size...but...it's short! Wasn't too short for me to wear, but it was borderline, (according to my Husband). I suppose it depends on your style, & WHERE you're wearing it; for me, this was barely appropriate for a family wedding. I don't typically wear anything unless it's just above the knee or longer. The slip is short because it has to be -- otherwise it'd show underneath the tulle. The tulle needs to be longer so the slip can be, too. My advice would be to not wear super high heels, it'll only make it look shorter. I received compliments all evening long. Very unique pick.

Beautiful to Dress Up or Down
This dress is stunning, received SEVERAL compliments. I wore it to a 75 year Anniversary event for the aviation college my Husband graduated from. The attire was "business", but I wear that kind of stuff all the time, so I wanted a gown...but nothing TOO dressy as to where I would look out of place. I dressed it up with a statement necklace & those fantastic black booties with zippers. That's what I loved about it -- you could make it "black tie dressy", or dress it down, whatever the occasion. I'm 5'6", & I ordered a 6L & 8L. The 6L was good on length, but too tight, (probably acceptable-looking, but I didn't feel comfortable). The 8L fit in the body, but was a tad too long, even with 5-inch heels ... Ended up wearing the 8L & kind of bunching it up at my mid-section to keep it off the ground. I say it runs "true to size", but you could get away with sizing up as I did, without it looking too big. You'd think the draping at the hips would make your hips look massive ... but it's actually quite flattering. A "slimming" dress all-around. Material is quite stretchy, too! Hides any flaws...an overall hit in my book!

A true head-turner!
Compliments ALL.NIGHT.LONG! Told people, "I can't take credit...it's a rental!" ;) Couture in every sense of the word. Photo makes it look gray, but it's definitely not ... it's powder blue. Perfect for the summer wedding we attended. Wore with nude heels, any other color took away from the dress. The material felt like a scuba suit, because of that, it has lots of stretch, the 6 was PERFECT for me, but almost bordering on too big, you could PROBABLY size down. VERY comfortable, not heavy at all. Wore with a statement necklace.

Beautiful, One of a kind dress!
I had orginally rented a size 6 and a size 8; note: I have NEVER worn any dress larger than a size 8. NEITHER the 6 OR 8 fit upon arrival. I panicked. Called RTR, they overnighted me a 10, (thank God no one could see the size tag but me), it fit like a glove. I have a small chest & this dress RUNS SMALL EVERYWHERE. SIZE UP! However, RTR customer service was fantastic, & I got my dress in plenty of time. TONS of compliments at the wedding -- every time I turned around, someone was telling me how much they loved it ... even the Bride was drooling over it!

So.Many.Compliments! The dress is more of an emerald color & it's stunning for Fall!
I had ordered the size 6, & the size 8 -- the 8 fit better, but the lace was torn under the arm, & the hem if the under slip hung below the lace. The length is very appropriate, hit just above my knee & I'm 5'6". So, IDEALLY, the 8 was the right size, but it was not wearable due to aforementioned, the 6 zipped, but was a little snug. Wore it to a barn wedding in northern Michigan, the back is truly what MAKES this dress! Every time I turned around, someone else was complimenting me on this dress because the open back with the scalloped lace is SO gorgeous. Probably not recommended for a woman with a big chest -- I'm an "A cup", and I think the lace would look distorted if you were too big-chested.
