Ruffles in Vegas
The material is great. It does run a bit big I recommend sizing down. The ruffles are adorable and the dress is very flattering.

Loved the color
Dress came with tags and that was nice. Color was fun and nice for summer. It was a good fit but I don't know it just wasn't anything special for me I didn't actually even wear it out.
