Snug in the legs
I got my normal size 4 and found these to be very snug in the legs. I should have sized up. I also wish they would have been a little higher waisted.

Pretty material, but very loose.
I ordered a size small which is what I normally wear. I like the length since it hits right above the hips, but found it to be tooo oversized in the body. I did not think it was flattering.

BACHELORETTE PARTY IN MIAMI
I wore this for a bachelorette party in Miami. I loved it. Beautiful color & flattering fit. The small was the correct size for me, however the only negative was it was beginning to show some wear. There were a few discolorations on the back of the dress. Otherwise would totally recommend.
