couldn’t wear due to extremely tight bust portion & ridiculously long straps. the under bust measures 28in full stop NO stretch. while that was fine 2 small smocked pieces in back did little to provide room. fwiw see pics of other sundress (smallest/34) in this shipment, it has proper fit

this just hit me at the wrong spot. If I pulled it up higher, the waist was to loose pull, it down lower. It was too tight across the hips. It was like a 50s cheerleading uniform length on me just hit at the wrong spot.
