Got this as a last minute replacement, and was pleasantly surprised. The gold is gorgeous in person, the dress is very well made, and the one I got was brand new (still had tags). Fun mix of vintagey brocade and on trend details like pockets and an exposed zipper. It fit almost perfectly. My only issue was that the dress is long in the shoulders- for someone of average height, this probably wouldn't be a problem. As some other reviewers mentioned, that V is deep and definitely shows off the cleavage. Still, I able to wear a standard bra, and while I wouldn't wear it to church, I thought it was appropriate for a party.

I was worried this dress would look frumpy due to the length, but it's actually quite flattering. The skirt is lined, and fitted without being clingy, and the top hits just above the waist so it elongates. The drape of the top was also spot on- not too high or too low, and easy to wear a strapless bra with. The details- gold mesh, gold side zipper, tailoring- make this dress fun and unique. It was in great shape aside from a small tear in the mesh, which was an easy fix.
