Loved this dress. Lightweight material is great for warm weather events. Full skirt was fun for dancing (although careful in the wind!) and the color popped. It is tight in the waist and ribcage but that helped hold it up. I'm usually between an 8 and a 10 and went with the 8 - it fit better on top, and the size 10 seemed to have a lot more fabric in the skirt, which was a little too poofy for my taste. Got compliments all night. By the end of the night, the boning was digging into my waist - a minor irritation.

I had a discount code so I snapped this dress up, even though it's more than I would normally pay to rent. I got compliments all night long from people I didn't know, including a "best dressed at the wedding" comment from the bride's mom (after the bride, of course.) Fits true to size - I'm between an 8 and a 10, and only the 10 was available and it fit almost perfectly - a tiny bit big in the top, but I'm not very well endowed. I probably could have worn the 8 as well but it might have been a little snug in the waist. Great style for a pear shape. I wore with nude peep toes, red lips and minimal jewelry. The skirt is perfect for twirling and dancing all night. I had a hard time sending this one back - may have to rent again if I find another discount.

Great dress! Wore it for a charity work event - it was classy and professional in silhouette, but the sequins made it a little more sexy and young, so it was the perfect blend of sassy but sophisticated. Ran a tiny bit large - I am normally between an 8 and a 10, but probably could have worn a 6 in this for a more form-fitting look, but the 8 worked for this event. The lace/sequins did easily snag on things a little bit, but nothing major. I got lots of compliments from coworkers and strangers alike!

Loved this dress. I got a compliments all night, from the cab driver the minute I walked out the door, and then again and again throughout the night from people I didn't know. Fits TTS - I am between an 8 and a 10 and the 10 fit perfectly - not too tight in the hips, not too loose in the shoulders, perfect length. The weight is heavier than I expected, so not highly recommended for an outdoor wedding during the summer - definitely more of a fall dress. Would definitely rent again.

Gorgeous necklace. A little heavier than expected - which I liked, b/c it made me feel like i was wearing something more expensive and special, but made my neck a little sweaty at a summer wedding in Texas. Still loved it, though!

I got this as a complimentary backup when my first choice was missing its belt - was excited about being able to rent a pricier dress for free, but ended up going with my first choice and using a belt I already owned. This dress was pretty, but not a winner on me - the 8 looked alright, but was uncomfortably tight; the 10 felt better on, but seemed to swallow me up. The white cap sleeves were more off-white and the whole dress was heavy and stiff and made me feel frumpy, even in the smaller size. Maybe better for someone with a larger bust to fill it out? I LOVED my first dress though, and customer service was great in allowing me to choose a backup in case it hadn't worked. This was just not the dress for me.

Love this dress! Rented for my birthday - wore to an outdoor festival and barbecue and dinner with friends. Both the medium and the large fit, but the large was a little more loose and comfortable, which I liked. So light and breezy, which is perfect for the New Orleans heat and humidity. It is sheer, particularly under the white portions of the dress - I was kind of bummed I had to wear a bra, but it was definitely necessary as the top was a little see through! Both dresses arrived brand new, tags still attached - they were a little wrinkled from being boxed up, but I hung them up to air out a day in advance and it ended up being fine. Looks AMAZING with a tan.

Love this dress! Wore it to a friend's bridal shower during the afternoon, and then to an upscale dinner with my boyfriend for our anniversary in the evening - perfect for both occasions! I rented the same chunky green Kendra Scott necklace another reviewer did, and it really completed the look - might have gotten more compliments on the necklace than the dress. Super light weight and comfortable, and for once, I didn't have the size up to accommodate my hips - the 8 was a perfect fit. It does wrinkle really easily though, and you need a slip or very sheer underwear to avoid lines.

Gorgeous dress - loved the color, the details, everything - but it was way too tight in the hips, both the 8 and the 10. If I had sized up any more, the top would have been far too loose - I'm fairly small-chested - so it did not work for me. Too bad - it's beautiful!

I ordered this dress when my first option didn't fit - RTR overnighted it to me, which was a lifesaver. It was only available in a 10, which fit - I probably could have worn an 8, especially as the night went on and the dress stretched out a little (it's a soft, stretchy cotton material, so it doesn't really hold its shape), but I wore this to a work awards banquet, so the larger fit was probably more appropriate in the long run. Super comfortable, though it did ride up a little. Love the cut-out back! Nice and lightweight for a summer event, too.

I wanted to love this dress, but it was just okay. I'm normally a size 8, but ordered a 10 based on reviews, since I have wider hips and didn't want the lining to be too tight - it was still a smidge tight, but the top was definitely large. I had to wear a bra to try to fill it out, and I felt like it added extra pounds to my waist with all the ruching. It was also a lot heavier than I would have liked - I felt a little "prom-y" at the summer wedding I attended, and it was a little warm in the Texas heat. Pretty dress, and I made it work, but I was more self-conscious than I would have liked to be. Probably better for someone with narrow hips and a larger bust.

I needed a dress for a black tie gala for work and this fit the bill perfectly! Sleek and sophisticated and subtly sexy, I got compliments from co-workers all night. I didn't feel like I stood out too much, but that was perfect since I was working and wasn't trying to be in the spotlight. It is SHORT though. I am a little over 5'6 and normally an 8 and ordered the 8L and 10R as a backup. I wanted to wear flats since I would be on my feet all night, and the 8L was perfect - just barely swept the floor and covered my shoes. The 10R only came to my ankles. It was fitted, but not uncomfortably so - I have very wide hips, which I was nervous about, but this dress really flattered my curves. Only needed a little bit of tape to keep the top in place, but I'm pretty small up top. Overall, great first RTR experience. I can't wait until I have an excuse to rent again!

Rented this as a backup for my birthday - wish they had let me order 2 sizes as a backup, b/c the 8 was too small in the hips on me. Also, not all dresses have the exact same print as the one shown. The print on the dress I received was really unfortunate - another friend with smaller hips tried it on, and while the dress fit her, the way the design was printed across the midsection made her look very wide. Not flattering at all. Luckily, my first choice fit beautifully!

Loved wearing this dress to work for a women's charity luncheon. Ordered the 8 and the 10, went with the 10, which was pretty snug and a lot more fitted around my hips than I normally wear, but I got compliments left and right, from women and men alike, which put my worries to rest. Not a lot of room to spare, though - if you have hips, definitely size up! RTR did call me a few days in advance to let me know they did not have a belt for the dress, and offered to send a free backup, which was great. I ended up not really liking the backup I chose, but luckily I had a skinny black belt that worked perfectly with this one.

I'll echo what other reviewers have said - great statement piece that garners loads of compliments, more lightweight than expected, definitely has been rented again and again, b/c lots of the pieces are now silver instead of gold, but you can't really tell once you have it on. It was a little uncomfortable on the back of my neck, b/c I wore it to an award banquet in the middle of July in New Orleans = super humid and anything that touches your skin can feel sweaty and cumbersome. But it looked great and photographed well!
