A lovely feminine dress.
I have narrow hips and this dressed hugged my hips and chest. If temperature allows you can really wear this March to October despite is being a summer weight because of the color. I'd but it!

An edgy version of the classic sequin skirt.
This skirt is a fantastic wear. I wore it to a Grammy's Party in NYC with my own top. I have narrow hips and I thought it would be too tight when I was zipping it up, but it has a lot of give and it was completely comfortable.

A great dress for a celebration
I'm taller, 5'8", and very narrow hipped so I don't have a good read on whether it is true to size. The type of fabric offer no give. Recommend with heels due to the length. I recieved a million compliments and those who knew it was RTR told me to be sure and buy it.
