Upping the Parr
Attended a wedding brunch in a country-club type atmosphere and I really raised the bar for event. This is an 'I'm a sexy grown-up...a lady...an impress-the-parents-and-be-taken-seriously-but-be-noticed-as-a-girly girl' type dress. The cotton material surprised it and the fit does not have much give, so rent this true to size. And be careful, this dress will make you disappointed that all dresses do not come with these fabulous length sleeves - most flattering!

Having a Best-Dressed Moment!
I wore this to a wedding in New Orleans and I only knew 3 people before the wedding - not after! This dress was a conversation piece and everyone insisted on being photographed with me in it. People stopped me in the streets as I walked to the wedding and I heard a few whisper 'who is that'. Too bad I only have a picture of me sitting down because this dress is stunning! My make-up has worn off a bit in this picture, but trust me- no one was looking at anything but the dress. And, yes...if you have a chest, expect for it to be hiked-up a bit ala' corset-y. I wore cutlets (silicone strapless bra) under this dress. It is surprisingly soft and comfortable with some stretch (no one will know but you) because this is a fabric lace-not lace. From a distance, you look bare underneath which is sexy, but when someone gets closer they notice how classy the lines are in the dress. Fit wise, I played with 4L, 6R and 4R and ended-up wearing the 4R thanks to the best RTR stylist who sent me a new size last minute at the hotel. Choose R if you're wearing heels around 3 inches high. I lifted the dress slightly to participate in a wedding parade (don't want the streets of the French Quarter on this gown), but did not need to for dancing. It's best to rent this dress because I could not wear it again...not because I don't want to, but because too many people remember me in this. It's a once in a lifetime event dress. Adore!

Strong Arms & Shoulders?
I work out, but the gapes in the arms were too unflattering. I was devastated because it's simply lovely. I felt like I was accompanying Audrey Hepburn to a tea party. But, the arms cut in towards the bust about 3/4 of an inch too much. But, the colors and material were beautiful and comfortable.

Classy, yet sexy - want to buy this!
This dress is by far my favorite, not only on RTR, but of all dresses I've worn to parties, weddings, cocktail hours and events. Is classic in its design and simplicity, but will get you noticed all night. It appears short, but it does not slide up. I got out of a towncar, slid into booths, sat on stools and it never slid. And, I have hips! I did not find the top to gape, but I did use double sided tape because 'my girls' tend to slip. This is the first dress I wrote and begged RTR to buy because I did not want to give it back. I want to wear it every day!
