could not wear it.
Material is heavy polyester. Looked inexpensive -- almost juvenile. Way too hot for summer time. Lots of little girl ruffles.

Very thick material -- you will NOT want to wear in the summer! There is a peplum -- not good.
I am 6' tall and it seemed overwhelming on me -- don't think many would really feel great in this.
