First off, let me say that I liked this romper a lot, and my husband LOVED it (see comment in the title about the neckline...). The super low cut just wasn't the right thing for a dinner date night, even at a trendy modern restaurant. I will absolutely rent it again, however next time I would want to wear it in more of a party/bar setting, not out to dinner.

This is a very pretty dress, but I felt like the texture was not ideal. It is a kind of heavy, textured fabric that seemed a little at odds with the springy/summery print. I wore it for an evening event in Virginia in August and was sweating. I would say this dress is better for an early spring event.

This was my first Herve... My husband loved this dress and so did I! It definitely leaves nothing to the imagination as far as shape goes, but it also hugs in at all the right places to really accentuate curves in a tasteful way. We went out for sushi and even with my full tummy afterwards I felt like the dress was flattering. Definitely will rent this designer again.

This was a great dress for a summer evening date. The 4 was a little large in the bust for me, and next time I would rent a 2 for sure. But the 4 worked. The material is shinier than it appears in the photos, which makes the outfit a little dressier. The strap across the chest is also adjustable for different amounts of coverage.

I was very excited to try this dress after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. However, upon trying it on (I rented the 44R, which ran true to size although a little bit long), I was disappointed. Although the dress clearly photographs beautifully, in person it has a pretty stiff/scratchy feel to it and is a little too rigid for my taste. I could see wearing this for a photo shoot, but not for a date.

This dress is gorgeous -- truly unique and beautiful. However, it is also very, very long. I am 5'3" and in 5 inch platforms it was still dragging the floor. Fortunately I was able to pin up some of the excess fabric under the waistband, but it was stressful and time consuming. I would definitely recommend this dress for taller ladies!

This pair of earrings was my first jewelry rental from RTR, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. They arrived with a nice little cloth bag for storage, which I appreciated. The best part about these earrings is that while they are intricate, richly colored, and of a substantial size, they are extremely lightweight and do not drag your ears down at all (a pet peeve of mine). I paired them with a white and blue embroidered top and skinny jeans to wear to an upscale South American restaurant.

I wore this dress out for a formal event in New York City, and it literally stopped people on the street. It is incredibly high quality in its construction (although be warned: the beading makes it quite heavy) and its drape is extremely flattering. I am 5'4" and it hit right at the knee for me.

This dress is entirely unique and I adored it. The ostrich feathers are not ostentatious at all, but add a subtle 20s-style flair to the dress. Unfortunately, it runs slightly large and so the 4 was a little too loose on me (5'4", 123 pounds, 32D). I will absolutely be ordering it in a 2 to wear soon.
