So this is bizarre, but somehow the 8R I ordered was tighter than the 6R I ordered as a backup. I promise I checked the labels again and again to make sure. I don't know how that happened, but I ended up going with the 6R, since it was overall more comfortable: wider arm holes, wider fit at shoulders. I will say, the V is wide, so be prepared with tape. If you're taping and your breasts tend to point away from each other, rather than forwards, that will pull the V open even more, unless you have one of those magic deep-V bras. Even with tape, I actually felt kind of uncomfortable, so I covered up with a wrap. I probably won't rent it again, but I'm glad I gave it a try.

I got a 0 and 2, ended up wearing the 2, which fit nicely. The dress is made of a soft, stable fabric, so you don't have to worry about chafing or underwear showing. That being said the shoulders are cut in a narrow way, so I used one of those clips to hold my bra straps together at the back to prevent them from peeking out. Overall the dress was a hit and I would rent it again.

Pros: the material is think enough that you don't need to wear a bra Cons: I found the zipper a bit tricky, so the dress was a little difficult to get into without help.
