It’s okay
The metal on the straps don’t stay in place. And the back vents are a little odd when unzipped.

Wore to a bachelorette and loved! This dress does have built in shoulder pads. There is only one layer of fabric, so the shoulder pads are a bit noticeable.

Love this jacket
You got to go up a size in half days! This fits like a small. I love the pockets. The cell phone band is extremely helpful. The sleeves are great as well. This is NOT gore-tex, so be aware if you have a long longe day it may start to feel wet.
