Less of a dress, more of a dramatic duster
I absolutely loved wearing this and styled it with high waisted jeans, boots, and leaving all the buttons undone from the waist down. It's rather sheer and not remotely warm. The palette screams fall but the material is decidedly summer.

Instant royalty
I loved wearing this and felt like a runaway princess eating at casual places with an almost-gown. I had to wear heels because I'm petite and it grazed the ground. Simple and luxurious.

Unusual fit, not flattering
Very wrinkly linen, a plunging neckline, and weird gaps in the middle. Loved the color of this dress but that wasn't enough to make it work. You have to wear some kind of cami or shirt underneath it, which makes it pointless.

Comically large
I love big, colorful prints and fits. So that has nothing to do with how ridiculous this jumpsuit looked and how difficult it was to wear. The attempt at creating a square neckline is an abysmal failure. The sleeves will not stay up on this -- they constantly fall off your shoulder. I was nearly out the door when I noticed the top half of my jumpsuit had fallen down past my breasts. Just enormous. Unwearable.

Cute , but at the cost of arm circulation
Love the silhouette and the print, but the sleeve bands ARE SO TIGHT. I also wasn't a fan of the sheer number of tiny buttons you had to unfasten and fasten. Too much work to wear.

Bold statement color
The color is striking and can make up for some of the other issues. This dress is satin-y with a very long tie that requires tight knots but still easily slips. You may have to keep readjusting it. The length of the tie and the amount of material weighs down the dress. The sleeves are a bit long but I prefer the look of it with the arms pushed up to the elbows, so it worked for me.

Cute, but hold your breath
This was a delight to wear but as many other reviewers note, there is some unfortunate gaping between the buttons. It's very tight in the waist and isn't very accommodating of larger breasts. I enjoyed wearing it but definitely had to be mindful of how I sat and moved in it -- which kind of takes away the carefree nature of it.

A breezy dress with pockets. What more could you want? Nice and lightweight for summer. Easily dressed up, if you choose to go that route. Instant happiness when you pull this sunshine over you.

I loved wearing this. It's made of a nice, thick material that both accentuates your curves and smooths away any lumps. I was complimented nonstop.

Substantial fabric and look
I loved the integrity of this crop top. It was almost sculptural because it maintained it's shape -- not at all flimsy, like some others. It did require I keep my arms at my sides, though. Whenever I reached above my head (to tighten my ponytail, for instance), it went up high enough that the bottom of my bra was visible. Cute, though.

I wore this a few times -- with both neutrals and vibrants. It's a great, easy way to bring more dimension and texture to a sleek outfit.

I was told I look like "the Ringleader of Awesome."
This is my first time renting from RTR, so it's entirely possible that it's not so much that this dress runs large, but that I won't be able to fit into anything well. I generally wear a 0 and in some very rare cases, a 2. It fit me fine in the bust and hip area but the waist was extremely baggy and not very flattering. The excess material made it seem like I had a belly bulge. I wound up wearing it, anyway, because I just didn't care all that much and wasn't in the mood to figure something else out at the last minute, but I was disappointed in the fit. The dress itself was of a very forgiving and heavy material, which is perfect for winter parties. The bow certainly made a statement and my top hat lent the final punctuation. The pockets were an inspired touch and I wound up making use of them to mask the weird fit. I made the best of it and received a lot of compliments, but I'm hesitant to rent my size from this designer again.
