Runs large
I got a size 2 and it the fit was still a bit loose. Having said that, I wore the a lot in the more mild days of winter. It is fleixble in that you can wear it inside in and inside out and for different looks.

It closes with hooks. The middle one was missing, which made it so that when I sat the two sides came apart with an opening. If it weren't for that it would have been perfect.
