Doesn't photograph nearly as elegant as it looks in person, because it's really all about the draping and movement of the fabric. Makes you feel expensive. Did not stop turning heads and getting compliments all night. Make sure you get the right size for your ribcage (waist has no give), then adjust the sliding back strap, put on heels, and a bit of fashion tape for the rest. *Pro Tip: Just put one thick piece of tape slightly behind each of your shoulders, pull up the front of the dress to where it's flat on your chest, hold the fabric down firm on top of your shoulders, and have it hold from there - if the tape is good, it'll stay put, and avoids any puckering from taping down the actual front of the V. The dress didn't move all night for me!

Super easy to wear and stand out on their own with any neutral top (if you don't get the matching set). Elastic pull-on waist made them comfortable to wear all night. I'm pretty average height, and the length was doable both with flat sandals and 2" block heels; I just had to be careful to hike up the billowing legs while taking stairs!

First rented this in the XS, and the cut just wasn't right. Way too small through the shoulders and hips. Tried again by renting the S, and it was still too weird/unflattering to work. The inner slip layer seems cut completely differently than the sheer outer layer, and they just don't lay correctly. Also too long. Wish it fit the way it looks in the pictures, but I think it might only work if you're very tall and super slim.

It's a great dress, but the cut on the bust/rib cage was right at the point of being just too small. I was able to zip it closed, but it wasn't flattering (smashing my chest down) and wouldn't have been comfortable to wear more than 5min. Will try renting again one size up!

The top's cut and material are super cute, so I was disappointed the XS was still too big to make work in my frame. Even though you can adjust the fit with both tie-backs, the length of the cut on the sides was too long for my shorter torso, making the sides gape open.
