I rented this dress for a rehearsal dinner in October. I was not sure what the weather was going to be like so I wanted something with sleeves. The material in this dress is strange. Like others said, it's sort of like a wetsuit. But it was stretchy and forgiving and I actually felt like the material really helped keep all the pieces in place-- it was slimming and hid bulges really well. Very comfortable and it looked great with black shoes. I would definitely wear this again. I was about 103 lbs. when I wore this and both the S and XS fit, but I felt the length on the XS was a better fit so I went with that. I loved this dress!

This dress was gorgeous. I wore the size 0 and it was a perfect fit. I was worried about it being too long since in am under 5' tall, but it hit right at my knees perfectly. It was a little low-cut so you need to choose your bra carefully do it doesn't peek out, but the cut was still tasteful. Perfect for a summer wedding!

I wore this dress to a semi-formal summer wedding and just loved it. The material is heavier than it looks in the picture but hangs beautifully and does a nice job nipping in at all the right places-- it's heavy but shapes a bit. I thought I'd need a size 2-- I was about 104 lbs. when I wore it-- but I was able to wear a size 0 comfortably and didn't feel squeezed in or like I was bulging out. I received many compliments and absolutely would rent this dress again. I loved it. Fits true to size and perfect length. I am 5'0" and felt the length was very flattering on me in a size 0-- it hit just above my knee.

I wore this dress for my daughter's First Communion. It was very church-appropriate and I had a lot of compliments on it. My main complaint was the fact that the bottom layer and top lace layer aren't really attached at all, so the bottom layer kept ruching up underneath the lace layer and I had to sort of shimmy it down. Because that made me uncomfortable, I can't give it five stars. But, I loved the look and would recommend it. I did feel like it sort of accentuated my middle and I don't think it would have been as flattering if I carried most of my weight there (I carry mine in my hips). You can sort of see this is in the photo around the stomach area.

I rented this as a second choice for a baptism. This was a great dress, but definitely too short for church. I had to get the size 0 because the 2 wasn't available, and while it fit everywhere else, it only hit me mid-thigh and I am slightly shorter than 5' tall. Definitely not church-appropriate and I am not even sure I would have worn it to something like a wedding, because it was tight enough that it crept up when I walked and I think by the end of a night with drinks, it would have been a bit much. I'd rent it again for something like a wedding or a Derby event, but I'd order a size up. The other thing I wasn't crazy about was that the exposed zipper is large and will not lay flat, so your backside looks lumpy from the side. Just sort of tight and short overall, so I'd order a size up.

First, the pros-- this dress is gorgeous and perfect for a formal affair. I wore it when I was a godmother in a baptism. The fabric is very heavy and the pattern is beautiful. I got compliments all day. The skirt was full and gorgeous and the material was very sturdy. The size 0 hit right above my knees. Dress was in great condition. Some issues I had-- they did not have a size 2 available, which I needed, but I was desperate and decided to try to squeeze into the 0. It was tight. Very tight, as in someone else had to zip me in and out of it while I exhaled. Luckily, it did not look tight, but the fabric has no give at all so there will be no stretching to fit. But with the way it drapes, it still looked great and while my chest was a bit smashed, it could have been worse. I'd definitely rent this dress again. It would be so beautiful for a summer wedding.
