I rented this for my daughters first communion it was a very beautiful dress however the 8 was too big on me. Some of the other reviews had me thinking I should size up but it just didn't work out. Also there is a lot of silver in this dress which I didn't notice from the pictures just a heads up as the shoes I was hoping to wear didn't match because of this.

I rented this dress to wear to my daughter's first communion. This dress is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the pattern and material. I did wear some shape wear underneath but with the heavy wetsuit material I would say it isn't a must depending on your comfort level. I will say the material is heavy so I wouldn't recommend this for outdoors in the heat. Being 5'2 I'm always worried about awkward length but this worked well for a shorty!
