I am 5'1 and usually a size small in regular clothes at 123lb. I wore this while 7 months pregnant and 148lb. I wore the large and it fit perfectly. There was enough space for my belly, the arms were not too tight and it sat perfectly off the shoulder. The sequins were not even itchy. Id definitely recommend this for a pregnant woman

I am petite but fill out and I had to squeeze to get this up my legs. The crotch also sat low. If they fit well I would have been happier as they were very cute and I have been wanting to where jeans.

I didn't realize there was a belt in the side pocket nor look for it, so be sure to do so when you rent. The feathers, do shed. But it is very warm. I'd buy this item. It was a really great pregnancy find.
