Too Short for 5’7
This was WAY too short and ballooned out weird in the back. Not flattering at all and did not end up wearing.

Just Okay for VB
I honestly expected more from Veronica Beard. It was a pretty color and flattering cut but that is about it. The fabric is very thin and there is no lining so you will want to plan on wearing shape underneath. There was also a gap in the fabric where the dress tied on the side. Not from an issue of it being too tight but more design flaw. I ended up pairing with a VB blazer for a date night and I thought it looked fine. I will not be renting again though.

Beware of Shoulder Pads
I have had my eye on this cardigan for a while so I was very disappointed when I received it and found out there were very pronounced shoulder pads that you cannot remove. I have a smaller frame so it was not flattering on me at all. Did not end up wearing.

It was Okay
Love Veronica Beard but this dress could use some revisions. While I had plenty of wiggle room, the front button down tried to gap a bit. Thankfully the bottom down seam is double lined so I wasn’t too concerned when I noticed. I did have to steam it because it is a linen fabric and came in extremely wrinkled (nothing RTR did wrong, just what you get with linens). If I were to purchase/own it would need to significant altering to fit just right. May try wearing/renting once more and style belted to see if that helps with the gaps.

Beautiful & Versatile Skirt!
Very flattering fit and a great weight for cooler spring nights. I personally would not wear this to work given the fabric (it has small holes all over and is unlined) but with a slip or spanx you can wear it out without concern. I paired it here with a tank and denim jacket for a date night. I can also see myself wearing this at the beach over a swimsuit. I ended up purchasing since it was a good markdown and in great condition!
